In 2026 the 10K started on Bay Street just north of King Street, ran south to Lake Shore Boulevard West, turned around about 400 m west of Ontario Drive and finished on Bay Street just north of Queen Street.
The race was on Saturday 18 April 2026 and moved to the downtown core that year, with Nathan Phillips Square as race central. The finish is the same spot as the TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon’s finish line on Bay Street. Runners used the three westbound lanes of Lake Shore Boulevard West before the turn and the eastbound lanes coming back.

Each runner found the corral by matching the colour of the flag to the coloured stripe on the bib. Portable toilets stood on course at about 2, 4, 6 and 8 km, with water and electrolyte drink on course and at the finish.
