The 10 km course is point to point, fast and flat, following the coastline toward Table Mountain from Milnerton to a finish in Lower Long Street.
The organiser calls the route fast and flat, with views and landmarks along the way. Runners take a bus from the city centre to the start at Woodbridge Island in Milnerton, run along the coast in the direction of Table Mountain and finish in Lower Long Street. Two refreshment stations stand on the route and one at the finish.
