The organiser sells the course as the best of Montpellier, with a finish it calls magistral on avenue Foch beneath the Arc de Triomphe. Solid and liquid aid is at km 5, 10, 15 and 20 and at the finish, with water served in reusable cups from the public network. The race is part of a festival of seven events, and the marathon runs on the same weekend.

The organiser puts the time barrier at 3 hours of racing. The bronze label of the Fédération Française d’Athlétisme covers a runners’ village, aid zones, medical cover, marshals and eco-responsible practice. The 2026 festival took place on 18 and 19 April, and the next edition is in 2027.

An invisible layer before the start keeps seams, straps and shoes from rubbing skin raw.

Put it on before you leave for the start: heels and toes, inner thighs, under a bra or heart-rate strap.

Try it on a long run first, like everything you use on race day.

Put it on clean, dry skin and leave it until it comes off by itself.
