The organiser sends the half marathon from Kildeparken through the heart of Vesterbro and over the Limfjord to the new district of Stigsborg, then along Nørresundby’s harbour front. The route continues through the Vestby district and out to the open spaces of Fjordparken before the finish through the whole of Aalborg’s centre. The quarter marathon stays on the Aalborg side of the fjord.

An invisible layer before the start keeps seams, straps and shoes from rubbing skin raw.

Put it on before you leave for the start: heels and toes, inner thighs, under a bra or heart-rate strap.

Try it on a long run first, like everything you use on race day.

Put it on clean, dry skin and leave it until it comes off by itself.
