The 2025 race ran on 30 November from Xiushui Square, with 3,000 places in the marathon, 10,000 in the half marathon and 2,000 in an 8.8 km run.
The race set off at 7:30 on Sunday 30 November 2025 on Qiandao Lake, in Hangzhou. The organiser applied for China Athletics Association A1 certification for the marathon that year. The entry fee in 2025 was 200 yuan for the marathon and the half marathon, and 120 yuan for the 8.8 km run.
