Every distance starts from the square at the Jyväskylä Paviljonki, and the route mainly follows a cycle and walking path. The marathon page calls it an excellent route both for a first full marathon and for experienced runners, and the price page lists the route as officially measured.

An invisible layer before the start keeps seams, straps and shoes from rubbing skin raw.

Put it on before you leave for the start: heels and toes, inner thighs, under a bra or heart-rate strap.

Try it on a long run first, like everything you use on race day.
