The organiser's description of the 2026 course names three tunnels: the Kennedy, the Bolivar and the Waasland.
The organiser’s 2026 course page calls the 10 Miles “a faster approach towards the motorway and the iconic Kennedytunnel”, then sends runners through the Bolivartunnel to the right bank of the Scheldt, and on along Kloosterstraat, the river quays and the MAS towards the Waaslandtunnel. Its own words for the tunnels are that they “remain a true highlight”.
That description is for the 2026 course. The 2026 race was run on Sunday 26 April.

The organiser lists what was new on the 10 Miles course for the 40th edition: the Bolivartunnel brings runners to the right bank earlier, so more kilometres are run in the city centre; there are “new passages through Zuidpark, straight towards the KMSKA and a lively loop around Marnixplaats”; and Kloosterstraat, the river quays and the MAS lead on to the Waaslandtunnel.
An earlier year’s route is therefore not a guide to the 2026 one.

The organiser describes the end of the 2026 10 Miles as a finish “between the trees, cheered on by thousands of supporters in the grandstands”. The shorter 5 Miles on the Saturday starts and finishes in the same place and shares the first two kilometres with the 10 Miles, with a view of the city’s skyline across the Scheldt.

The organiser reports “a record number of 50,000 runners” over the two days of the 2026 weekend, and about 120,000 supporters. The 10 Miles on Sunday 26 April 2026 was fully booked. Its programme lists ten start waves, the first at 10:30 and the tenth at 14:00.
For 2026 the organiser took entries online only, with no sign-up on the day.
