Course elevation profile, 8× vertical exaggeration Elevation along the course from km 0 to km 21. The trace runs between 2 and 27 metres, a range of 25 metres, drawn at 8 times vertical exaggeration so the shape is legible. Smoothed over 1 km before this profile was derived. An unsmoothed urban surface carries the buildings and would assert a climb that is not there. The dashed stretches are bridge decks: Pont de les Glòries Valencianes, km 6.6 to 6.8; Pont del Regne de València, km 15.2 to 15.4. A bare-earth model reads the ground or the water beneath a bridge, not the deck the runner is on, so those runs are interpolated between the ground either side rather than measured, and they under-report the real climb across a span. Marked points: Cut-off 11:00 at km 10.

Measured

Whole courseLandmarkStart and finish on Avinguda dels TarongersStart and finish on Avinguda dels Tarongers; water at 5.4 and 10.0 km, gels at 15.2 km.

The organiser puts the start and finish on the Avinguda dels Tarongers, in the university area, and calls the course comfortable with few turns. The route runs beside L’Horta Nord and its tiger-nut fields, along the upper edge of the old Turia riverbed, into the old town, and back through the streets of the Cabanyal to a blue walkway at the finish. Water in 33 cl bottles and Aquarius in cups are at 5.4 and 10.0 km, and an Enervit point at 15.2 km has gels with and without caffeine.

For the 25 October 2026 race the organiser sets the first wave at 8:25, the official maximum time at 2:45:00 and the finish close at 12:20. The course also passes the Torres de Quart and the Torres dels Serrans, the old gates of the city, at about 9.5 and 10.7 km.
