Bib, chip and bag are collected at the runner's fair in Sala El Grau on Friday 12 February 2027 from 17:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 13 February from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, and never on race day.

The fair is at Sala El Grau, next to the Casino de Puerto Azahar in the port district. Runners show the registration QR, on paper or on a phone, and their ID, or bring a signed authorisation. After collecting, every runner passes the chip through the chip control at the same spot so any data error can be fixed.

A sweeper vehicle marks the cut-off time for each stretch. Runners who pass a control after its limit time are invited to leave the race, and the limit times for the main controls are announced by that vehicle during the race.
The corrals run from the elite area, through sub-3:00 and sub-3:30 and sub-4:00, to more than four hours.
