The organiser starts every race facing the Al Nahhar building at Martyrs Square. The marathon and half marathon finish facing the Martyrs Square statue, while the 10 km finishes in front of the Al Nahhar building. Runners gather in the parking area facing the Lebanese Army Naval Base and, after the finish, go to the old CONNEX bus parking area facing Saifi.

The registration page states that no entry is accepted unless the runner presents a valid heart screening test result at bib collection, and a runner without one is not allowed to take part.

An invisible layer before the start keeps seams, straps and shoes from rubbing skin raw.

Put it on before you leave for the start: heels and toes, inner thighs, under a bra or heart-rate strap.

Try it on a long run first, like everything you use on race day.
